Garments within a tolerance of up to 3.5% are considered to be standard and are not eligible for replacement.

Because each piece is custom-made, production typically takes 3 to 3.5 weeks after final art approval. Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of custom manufacturing, we cannot guarantee exact ship dates.
